All products are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped. Digital products are generally made available immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation through the applicable download, email, WarriorPlus, or product access system.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the email address or account used when placing an order.
PromptoriaKit™ may maintain reasonable order, transaction, delivery, download, and access records where permitted by applicable law. Such records may be used to verify fulfillment, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and respond to payment disputes.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the PromptoriaKit™ name, trademarks, logos, website design, or brand identity.
Purchased prompts and other licensed product content are subject to the license rights described below.
Upon purchase, you receive a broad, non-exclusive commercial license to use, edit, customize, modify, combine, repackage, distribute, and resell the purchased prompts and licensed product content for both personal and commercial purposes, unless different licensing terms are clearly stated on the applicable product page.
You may use the prompts to create and sell your own products and content, including digital printables, Etsy products, Amazon KDP projects, educational materials, books, templates, digital products, and other creative works. You may also distribute or resell the prompts under your own brand.
Outputs created using the prompts may be edited, published, sold, licensed, incorporated into other products or services, or otherwise used for personal or commercial purposes.
All use must comply with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and the applicable terms and policies of any third-party platforms, software, AI tools, marketplaces, or services you choose to use.
Payments are completed through the WarriorPlus checkout system using W+ Wallet or PayPal, depending on the payment options available at the time of purchase.
When PayPal is selected as the payment method, the transaction is processed in accordance with PayPal's applicable terms, policies, and payment procedures. PromptoriaKit™ does not directly collect or store customers' complete credit card details or PayPal login credentials on its servers.
PromptoriaKit™ does not request or require customers to use PayPal personal payments, including Friends & Family payments, to purchase products.
Transactions may be subject to the applicable payment, refund, dispute, chargeback, and buyer protection policies of WarriorPlus and PayPal, depending on the payment method used.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or override any rights or protections available to customers under applicable PayPal policies or applicable consumer protection laws.
Any voluntary refund period or money-back guarantee offered by PromptoriaKit™ will be clearly stated on the applicable product sales page, checkout page, or marketplace at the time of purchase. Any such stated refund guarantee will be honored according to its applicable terms.
Because digital products are delivered or made available immediately after purchase, change-of-mind refund requests may be limited where permitted by applicable law, unless a specific refund or money-back guarantee applies to the purchase.
This Refund Policy does not limit, restrict, or override any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including applicable consumer protection rights.
If a payment is made through PayPal, the transaction may also be eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection in accordance with PayPal's applicable User Agreement, Buyer Protection terms, eligibility requirements, and dispute resolution procedures. Eligibility and the outcome of any PayPal claim are determined by PayPal in accordance with its applicable policies.
Customers are welcome to contact PromptoriaKit™ first if there is a problem with a purchase, delivery, download, or product access so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. However, contacting PromptoriaKit™ first is not a condition for exercising any dispute, chargeback, buyer protection, or other rights available under applicable law or through the applicable payment provider.
PayPal, a card issuer, bank, or other applicable payment provider may independently review and determine the eligibility and outcome of a dispute, claim, chargeback, reversal, unauthorized transaction claim, or buyer protection request in accordance with its own policies.
PromptoriaKit™ may provide relevant order, communication, fulfillment, download, and access records to the applicable payment provider, marketplace, financial institution, or dispute resolution provider where reasonably necessary to verify fulfillment or respond to a payment dispute.
PromptoriaKit™ makes no guarantees regarding publishing success, business performance, sales, revenue, earnings, rankings, customer acquisition, marketplace approval, account approval, or any other commercial outcome resulting from the use of its products.
